On the one hand, the investment project made it possible to improve the energy efficiency of the structure, through the creation of a perimeter coat on the building and the installation of a photovoltaic system; secondly, it was possible to improve the accessibility of the external area by creating covered parking lots with a view to theming the tourist offer and increasing attractiveness.

The project was financed by the Veneto Region for the amount of € 119,000.
